Mum, the Toddler, my mates, their mums and yours truly headed up to the beach this afternoon. Daylight savings finishes this weekend so it was a chance to get up there and enjoy a play on the sand and in the sea before the yucky winter weather kicks in.
All sounds innocence enough….
And then my black lab mate Regs dug a little hole….
And I decided to help out….
I was just trying to help….
I was putting a lot of effort in….

And yet for some reason mum wasn’t keen on giving me big pats after all my hard work… I mean seriously… What isn’t to love about this face?
I don’t see what the problem is with a bit of mud????
