Another week where we have had a break from blogging except for Donna’s Photo Challenge (we couldn’t miss it). Mainly because mum wanted a bit of time away from the computer. The other reason is that we have spent a bit of time hanging out with agility friends, including doing a 2 part workshop on jumping foundations. Mum is still obsessed about my rear end and me dropping bars on agility courses. So the recent stint of activity has been about building up my bum muscles… I think this pic shows them off quite nicely if I do say so myself. Taken using SnappyCam at the grandparents house. Was allowed to have a swim on a seriously hot day after we had been out at one of the jumping workshops.
You look like you;re walking on water, Bodhi! Donna does selectively jumping… if it’s low she will sort of hop over.. if it’s too high she just runs under the bar, haha.. 😛 Probably have not reinforced enough or consistently.
I’m all for limbo under the bar too. Check out yesterday’s Tuesday Training and there is a piece there about just going back and forth over one bar (it is a You Tube clip I grabbed that explained it really well). If you have a spot with somewhere to jump it might be a fun one.
If you ever did want one of those jumps here is where we get them from (http://www.clipandgoagility.com/dog-agility-jumps/ready-jump-dog-agility.html) but might be a bit hard carrying it out of the apartment. Just in case.
