Lego isn’t good for my paws

The toddler is good for many reasons… mainly food sharing… but recently she has acquired these small coloured bricks called Lego. Small coloured bricks strewn across lounge room floor boards are not good for my paws. They hurt when you stand on them (especially as you can stand on them 4 times with 4 paws). I think mum feels the same based on the tone and words that she says when she stands on them too in bare feet. It may take some effort to chew these coloured bricks to the point they are useless and thrown out but I may have to consider it.
